Brenna Ritter, LAPC
"Life can be full of challenges, and one of the hardest parts is knowing when to reach out for help. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for anyone making that first step--every lived experience is valid. I recognize the importance of active listening, the difficulty of habit changes, and when to guideone to their own strengths as well as necessary resources. After graduating from Delaware Valley University with a Masters' in Mental Health Counseling, specializing in Children and Adolescents, I have had hands-on experience with a wide range of clients, ranging from young toddlers to late adulthood. In my work, I integrate creative and play techniques for all clients, as well as Narrative Therapy techniques, Gestalt Therapy techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. It's important to me to bring an eclectic approach to therapy and understand the importance of adapting to what may or may not be needed. Whether dealing with anxiety and depression, behavioral struggles, general life challenges and questions, or anything else, I am here to support the growth process."
