Tyler Hein, M.A., LAPC

Hello, I'm Tyler Hein and I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor.  I have experience treating adults with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use disorders, and grief and loss.  I have experience working with veterans and first responders to treat post traumatic stress from combat and military sexual trauma.  I provide a trauma-informed perspective to the therapeutic process. My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices and takes a holistic path to healing, designed to provide you with the tools needed to face life's challenges. Prior to pursuing a career in mental health I was a first responder in EMS in a 911 service. Outside of work I am an avid outdoorsman and have a passion for conservation.
