Treatment Methods
Rather than using a "one size-fits all" approach, Integrative Therapy is an holistic approach that combines the best elements of different therapeutic approaches to best help you. We are trained in the use of Cognitive-Behavioral, Emotion Focused, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Mindfulness, 12 Step, and many other evidenced based therapies. Common tools combine elements of Cognitive Processing Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Polyvagal theory, and Psychoanalytic interventions. We use formal and informal assessment measures and our work together includes practicing skills and doing homework between appointments.
