Insurance

Many services are covered by health insurance and we accept many health insurance plans including but not limited to:

Health insurance plans may vary widely and your plan may require that you pay a deductible, copay, or get a referral from your primary care physician.  Most often you can call your insurance company directly or go to your insurance website and go to "search for a provider" and search for us. We process insurance billing through Grow Therapy and you can also verify coverage and our ability to accept your insurance by calling them at  (786) 755-1863.      

Payment

In the event that we don't accept your insurance or services are not covered, we will let you know this before beginning services. We can provide a "superbill" (a receipt) that in many cases you can submit to health insurance for "out of network" benefit reimbursement. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment and we also accept payment directly on our website site at the secure payment portal.

Cancellation Policy

Of course emergencies and unforeseen events happen however I request that all clients provide at least 24 hrs notice when needing to cancel or change an appointment when possible.  There are far more people waiting for appointments than availability at any given time but we generously allow for two missed (No Show) appointments without 24 hrs notice before charging a $50 No Show fee.  If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid being charged for a no show fee.
